Mark Parris
Mark has extensive insurance industry experience both as a broker and underwriter. He is recognised by both clients and insurers as a financial risks and professional lines expert.
Most recently he established the professional and financial risks insurance broking division for Freeman McMurrick. Over a period of three years he applied his specialty underwriting and technical skills to develop the book into a multi million dollar business.
Prior to this he had a successful eight year career underwriting professional and financial risks with Chubb Insurance. In the last three years as Financial Lines Underwriting Manager he grew the book of business from $8m to over $20m.
He started his working life in banking and later funds management. His first hand experience of working in these industries has been invaluable in his understanding and appreciation of the insurance requirements of the financial services industry.
